What is Family Dinner?Family Dinner is a mid-week fellowship gathering for families and young adults who seek to love and walk with our neighbors, while living our faith and growing in a loving relationship with God and each other.
We've been going uninterrupted since 2009 ...click to read more about how and why it started |
How it works...its real simple...

What happens there?We talk.
We eat. We chase kids around. We show up & leave when its convenient. We share life together. |
Who is the Host?
Family Dinner is graciously hosted currently by Peter & Kristin.
Peter & Kristin have five young kiddos and have been blessed by family dinner since its beginning. They are so excited to be hosting! They attend St. Paul's Catholic Church and live in a neighborhood nearby. Family Dinner is a ministry of service for the host family. It is a calling to agree to weekly open their home to the community and any and all who come. The Family Dinner community meets periodically in what we call "Family Meetings" to discuss how Family Dinner is going and pray and discern who will host.
The host of Family Dinner agrees to host for a minimum of 4 months, and can elect to host for an indefinite period of time. When Family Dinner is at a host family indefinitely, the Lenten season is used as an annual discernment period to determine whether the family is still called to host in the future. The Fontana's are currently hosting indefinitely. |
Family Dinner is at Peter & Kristin's home each week in the Clear Lake Area in a neighborhood near St. Paul's Catholic Church.
